RUCOLOR Colour Machting System
The RUCOLOR colour matching system offers all features which are necessary to mix colour shades according to the customer's requirements. The system saves both cost and time. Creating the mixing formulations requires just a few functions. Urgent inquiries can be quickly and precisely answered.
The database includes all basic colour shades of the commonly used RUCO ink series as well as formulations according to Pantone®, HKS® and RAL®. Quick measurement of the desired colour shade and calculation of the required ink porportions enable further cost savings. The administration of ink formulations and colour values ensure that identical colour shades can be reproduced.
The RUCOLOR colour matching system comes with modern and easy-to-use software based on MS-Windows as well as a database for RUCO printing inks and the spectrophotometer exact.
The Software includes the following features:
- User-friendly interface
- Formulations are calculated according different parameters (i.e. Price, opacity, substrate colour shade, metamerism etc.)

Manual Dispensing Pack
The Manual Dispensing Pack enables the user to manage large formula databases and manually mix batches of ink or other liquid media with reliable and consistent results.
It comprises of a computer, keyboard and mouse, the software AURORA MIX and a high accuracy scale.
It is the optimal solution for efficient manual ink mixing in a print shop environment and can be used with many ink types.

Single Dispenser FS SD
For dispensing of printing inks, varnishes and other liquid chemical products.
Configuration and Function
The single dispenser FS SD is designed for dispensing liquid raw materials and consists essentially of:
- Upright standing, fully enclosed metal housing with a front and a rear ramp (folded plates)
- Diaphragm pump with transport hoses and a dispensing valve
- Manually adjustable platform for parking the dispensing container
- Dispensing push button, a pressure controller and a pressure gauge mounted on the front side
- Residual current circuit breaker and time switch mounted laterally
- Changeable 200 liter barrel placed behind the single dispenser with suction and return pipe and hose couplings for the transport hoses
