Plate Etching
Don’t know how to make plates for pad-printing? No problem! Our in-house plate-making technicians and experts will etch them for you. All we need is your artwork.
We offer plate-making services to those who are not making plates in-house. Our expert design team will make the artwork and the trained technician plate-makers will prepare, etch and test the plates prior to shipping. The benefits of having our in-house team etch for you are:

Color matching services
How to mix and match colors perfectly? This question needs to be answered well. For this we have a team of highly trained and experienced professionals who know how the colors are matched perfectly, in what proportions the inks are to be mixed with hardener or thinner to get better results. How colors must look inside the room and outside the room. We have a color matching box and we provide this service for pad printing, screen printing and spray coating applications.
We have our own in-house facility of Spectrophotometer, analyzer and recipe generator for inks mixing and custom color matching.
Adhesion testing
We need to make sure that inks stick to the product, which is one of the most critical parts of printing. Inks must not chip off the product and fall out. When we send the samples, just before sending it we do all the adhesion testing required. Some of the most common adhesion tests are dishwasher tests, washing tests, cross-hatch, tape testing, and more.
